Parmesan Garlic Herb Mashed Potatoes Recipe
Ingredients:
3 lbs potatoes
8 tbsp butter
1/2 cup heavy cream
1/3 cup Parmesan cheese
2 cloves garlic
1 tbsp Parmesan Garlic Olive Oil Dipping Herbs
1/2 cup milk
1 tsp kosher salt
1 tsp ground black pepper
Instructions

Peel and chop the potatoes. Add to a pot and cover with water. Boil for about 12 minutes or until soft.

While the potatoes cook, melt butter in a small sauce pan. Add chopped garlic, Parmesan Garlic Olive Oil Dipping Herbs , salt, & pepper.

Once soft, drain the potatoes & mash in the butter mixture, parmesan and half of the milk & cream. Mash until smooth adding more milk & cream as you go.
